 Sandra Dyche serves as the Principal of the New York City Regional Center, which has achieved recognition as the most successful EB-5 Regional Center in the United States during her leadership. Under her guidance, the center has successfully attracted foreign investment for large-scale real estate projects in collaboration with New York City government agencies and leading developers. Notably, she played a significant role in financing the transformation of a 130,000 square foot warehouse into a residential condominium known as the Atlanta, located in Lower Manhattan. 

 Prior to her current role, Sandra Dyche was a business partner with her late husband, William Edmond Dyche, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Dyche was a founding member and senior partner of Dyche & Wright Attorneys at Law and established the Houston First Savings Association, which expanded to over 60 branches across Houston, Dallas, and Austin. He also served as a Commissioner for the Texas Department of Public Safety and Highway Patrol for 13 years. Together, William and Sandra Dyche were instrumental in financing and developing approximately 2,000 acres of commercial and residential properties known as the Mission Bend Project near Houston. In 1988, Sandra Dyche made a significant contribution by endowing a Presidential Scholarship in Law at the University of Texas Law School Foundation. 

 Kenneth D. Polin possesses over four decades of extensive transactional experience in various facets of real estate, encompassing acquisition, disposition, leasing, exchanges, syndications, and joint ventures. He is currently a member of the board of directors for a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and the BioCom Purchasing Group, in addition to serving on the boards of other private enterprises. Mr. Polin's legal proficiency spans securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, along with other financing transactions. His most recent role was as Chief Administration Officer and General Counsel for HUYA Bioscience International, LLC, a company specializing in life sciences. 

 Prior to his tenure at HUYA, Mr. Polin was a partner at the San Diego office of the prestigious international law firm Jones Day, where he focused on complex transactions and securities law, particularly in representing technology and publicly traded companies. Throughout his professional journey, he has overseen a diverse array of significant business transactions, including private placements, public offerings, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations, as well as commercial dealings such as bank credit lines and off-balance sheet financing. Mr. Polin is an active member of the State Bar of California and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, having previously earned his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from American University. 

 A seasoned executive in financial services and transformation management, Mr. Geisel possesses extensive experience in leading various segments, including Commercial, Specialty Finance, Consumer, and Wealth Management, within both national and regional banking institutions. He is a proficient partner in Investment Banking and Private Equity, with a strong background in equity and debt capital markets. His previous roles include serving as the CEO of a public company and as President of multiple divisions, where he held P&L responsibilities for assets totaling up to $20 billion and revenues reaching $550 million. His performance has consistently positioned him as a top contributor to growth and profitability among his peers.

Mr. Geisel has successfully executed a turnaround strategy for a commercial bank with assets exceeding $3 billion. His early career is marked by significant achievements in government service and as a foreign diplomat. He has shared his insights on major national business news networks, including Bloomberg, Fox Business Channel, and CNBC, and has contributed articles to esteemed publications such as American Banker, US Banker, and The Wall Street Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1983. 

Dr. Michael Signorelli boasts over five decades of expertise in the finance, real estate, and gaming sectors. He has successfully developed extensive real estate projects and constructed residential communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following his tenure in real estate development, he took on a consulting position with the Howard Hughes Corporation for three years. His subsequent venture involved the development of a 250-acre industrial park in Arizona, collaborating with partners who manage hotels and casinos in Reno and Las Vegas. Dr. Signorelli later independently acquired a 25-acre gaming site in Nevada, where he established and operated a gaming facility that ultimately gained listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange, with the endorsement of the Nevada Gaming Commission.

As his professional journey progressed, Dr. Signorelli completed a $48 million hospitality SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) on the NASDAQ. He then successfully raised over one billion dollars for the acquisition of two prominent hotel-casinos in Nevada. Furthermore, he acquired and currently operates a renowned restaurant in Las Vegas, which has been serving patrons since 1958 and is celebrated as one of the finest dining establishments in the United States. Dr. Signorelli earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1968, followed by a Master of Science in 1975 and an Ed.D. in Psychological Testing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1978.

Mr. Freeman, a native of Los Angeles, completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with honors in Business Administration and Marketing. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from California State University, Dominguez Hills, also with honors, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Loyola Law School. 

 With more than 27 years of professional experience across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Idaho, Mr. Freeman has held various significant positions. His career includes serving as a federal attorney for the Small Business Administration, a Mediator and Trainer for the Supreme Court of Nevada, and General Counsel for a $5 billion sports project in Las Vegas. Additionally, he has served as a 1st Lieutenant in the California State Guard JAG Corps, the Tribal Public Defender for the Shoshone/Paiute Sovereign Nation, and a member of the State Bar of Nevada Ethics Commission. Currently, he holds the position of Judge Pro-Tem for the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as well as a Hearing Officer for the City of Long Beach. Unconventionally, Mr. Freeman is also a former K-1 prize-fighter and the owner of Orange County's largest martial arts academy. He has co-produced a successful show in Las Vegas, enjoyed a career as a radio personality with a substantial audience, and is recognized as a published author.
